The free growth analysis is calculated in your browser. The information entered for the free analysis is not submitted to our server for storage. Closing or refreshing the page may remove the result from your browser.
If you purchase a detailed report, we process the information needed to generate and deliver the report. This may include a child's name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, BMI, prior growth records, the generated report, and a parent or guardian's phone number.
Paid report information is submitted temporarily to our server only as needed to confirm payment and generate the requested report. It is not retained as a long-term report record in our service database after processing is complete. Before payment, you must consent to this temporary processing and select whether to store the generated report separately. If storage is selected, the generated paid report is stored as an HTML file in a restricted Google Drive folder controlled by the service operator. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service. If storage is declined, the generated report is not stored separately after it is displayed.
Paid report information is used to generate and provide the requested detailed growth report, respond to user requests, and operate the service. We do not sell children's personal information.
We may use service providers such as hosting, payment, analytics, AI report generation, and Google Drive storage providers. These providers may process information only as needed to perform their services. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by JE The Dr.
Temporary server input is deleted after report generation is complete. If checkout is not completed, temporary input is marked for deletion after 24 hours. If optional storage is selected, paid report files stored separately in Google Drive are available for later confirmation upon request and are marked for deletion after 90 days unless a longer period is required by law. If optional storage is not selected, the report cannot be confirmed again after the displayed result is closed. A parent or guardian may request immediate deletion of a stored paid report by emailing info@jetheline.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the report.
